What A Gym Day!
This week I go to gym with my friends
Asteam , Darren , Alwin ~
The Summit Batu Pahat 7dayfitness!~
On thursday , I train My Chest and my Bicep with 李松霖
XD
He cover me to take over 30kgs dumbell and many machines~
and 35-40 lbs dumbell to pump up my small chest XD
after my chest , 40 kgs for my bicep.
It is Damn heavy for me but i still did it.~ :D
I feel very pain on friday and today , but i still decided to go to there for my shoulder.
Rubert train me today , he told me he will let me knew how happy to train with him.

and now i am sitting in front on my computer
My mum bought some Secret Recipe Back for me to enjoy.

What is Friends?
I met a best friends since 2010
same class with him.
But he give up to continue to study in 2011.
when he left the school
he still my best friend.
but now , he had been change to a stranger for me
2010
He teach me how to play DotA
until same level with him
Solo 1 vs 1 with me , didn't bully me but just teach me
when i talk something wrong , he will guide me to the right way that how to talk and peoples will not angry.
thats why I have many friends now and i know that how to make them happy.
2011
we still invite him come out with us , he is too busy because he needs to work.
still a kind friends , or like a big brother for me.
2012
Ok all Change , we grows up , we are 18 now
he change too! 20 years old , he didn't use the way that he teach me to solve some quarrel in friends group.
he using another ways such as gangster to solve problem?
why?

华中是所美丽的校园，重点是这2天的生活小记。
今天呢是星期一 每天从礼拜天那唯一的假期爬起来都是挺累的啊 XD
我呢 5.45被闹铃吵醒 死命睡到6.05分起来 冲凉洗漱吹头发。
喝了杯咖啡 由于太摸的关系 等到7点这样才开车去学校。
到了学校先和德诚他们去学校买水 买了水喝了急匆匆跑回课室 要上周会了~
一样一堆人进了体育馆
不错不错是有很大 的改善 啊。
我觉得学校的扩音器也越来越 不错 了 ,还让我们聆听了15分钟长 “滴” 的悦耳之声。
我是觉得学校的投影机也有很 明显 的 进步 ，让同学们越来越 清晰 的看清周会的情况。

激活成功后 别忘记要Update Profile ,一定要
update profile 并且保存之后
